My name is Chris and I decided to start Unmasked Economics because I want to share my unique opinions on the stock market, investing, and economics in general.
I have ADHD. Because of this, my brain tries to learn as much information as possible (about things I have interest in).
The major area I’ve been learning about lately is global economics.
Global economics affects everyone. It doesn’t matter what job you work or how old you are.
I see people around me struggle to afford things like groceries, medical bills, and childcare.
Why is this happening? Isn’t the United States the richest country in the world? Why does it seem like the average person is struggling to keep their heads above the water?
I ask myself these questions and look to find the answers and connect the dots.
This website is my attempt to help educate people and get you to ask why?
I’m not an economist. I don’t claim to know everything. I’m not an expert. I’m not a financial advisor. I’m not going to be right all the time.
I’m just someone who has curiosity and who is willing to put in the work to learn.
